With the market paradigm shift and a recruitment strategy increasingly focused on the Portuguese market, Aubay faced challenges such as longer hiring cycles and difficulty in sourcing qualified IT candidates. The training was conducted in 4-hour blocks, with one-week intervals between sessions, dividing the 30-member team into three groups.
